Hede (Hong Kong) International Shipping Co., Ltd. is an international shipping company invested and established in Hong Kong by Tangshan Port Hede Shipping Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Tangshan Port Industrial Group Co., Ltd. (International Liner Qualification Certificate No. MOC-ML00319), and is engaged in international container liner business. The company has a shipping team of experienced and skilled professionals, holds the entrepreneurship of "to win trust with action and development with trust", and wholeheartedly provides customers safe, rapid, accurate and value-added international container shipping services.

Controlling Shareholders:

Tangshan Port Industry Group Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned holding company and a municipal key enterprise of Tangshan incorporated on the basis of Jingtang Port Authority and subordinate to Tangshan SASAC, is located in Tangshan Harbor Economic Development Zone and has the business covering ports, logistics, water affairs, investment, development and other sectors. Tangshan Port is the address of "a great northern port" proposed by Mr. Sun Yat-sen in The General Plan of National Construction, and Tangshan Port Industrial Group is a pioneer in the development of Tangshan Port. In 2020, the group achieved an operating revenue of RMB 8.592 billion, a total profit of RMB 2.252 billion and a net profit of RMB 1.809 billion, and has maintained an AAA credit rating for three consecutive years. 

As a key unit of the shipping sector of Tangshan Port Group, the parent company Tangshan Port Hede Shipping Co., Ltd is mainly engaged in the operation of domestic and foreign trade container routes and has opened eight Bohai-ring branch routes, eleven domestic trade trunk routes and five near-ocean foreign trade routes. Thereof, the Bohai-ring branch routes reach the ports such as Panjin, Jinzhou, Suizhong, Qinhuangdao, Tianjin, Huanghua, Weifang and Longkou, the trunk routes reach the ports such as Shanghai, Taicang, Jiangyin, Nanjing, Zhapu, Ningbo, Wenzhou, Fuzhou and Nansha and the foreign trade routes reach ten basic ports such as Busan and Pyeongtaek of South Korea, Kanto, Kansai and Kyushu of Japan and twenty-six Japanese ports via Busan South Korea; the coverage by Bohai Bay routes is very convenient for cargo lightering in routes to Japan and South Korea.
